MTB Wagga events
MTB Wagga Inc is an active Mountain Bike Club and holds numerous events throughout the year. Events cater for all levels of riders and riding styles.
Mountain Bike Wagga Inc will be hosting the "M31 Consulting Pomingalarna 3hr Enduro" on the 19th November 2023. Riders will be hitting the trails though Pomingalarna Reverse, the course will intake part of the criterium track, fire trails, single tracks and our famous downhill section before visiting though the old rifle range.
Entry will be open Friday 20th October at 0800. More information and link to come.
Riders require an Aus cycling RACE license to participate in this event. If you don’t have one you can get it at https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership (be sure to select Mountain Bike Wagga Inc as your club)
All grades will be Male/Female categories as per follow beside e-bikes and Pony express team of two.
U13s, U17s, Expert 17-29, Veterans 30-39 Masters 40-49, Super Masters 50+, E-bikers and Pony Express (team of two) 14yrs and older.
Overall winners will be crowned king and Queen of Pomingalarna 3hr Enduro and add their name to the list of previous winners.
Rider will ride on a course roughly 9/10km long this will also include U17s but will ride for 2hrs.
U13s will ride a 4km track for 1 hour.
Online entries will cost the following.
U13s $10
U17+ $20 this includes one sausage and drink for each rider once the event has finish.
$2 each sausage and drink after.
Late on the day entries will occur a $5 fee on top U13s $15
U17s+ $25.
Registration/Start times
Online registration will close at 1300, Friday 17th November.
Sunday
0830 to 0930 Late entry and number plate pick up will be available.
0940 Race briefing.
1000 Race start for Seniors and Pony Express
1030 U/17s will start 2hr race.
1130 U/13s will start 1hr race.
1230 U/13s and U/17s track will be closed no more laps to start after this time. Riders must finish there last lap before 1300 or that lap will not be counted.
1300 3hr is closed no more laps to start. Riders must finish their last lap before 1330 or that lap will not be counted.
1400 Presentation/Awards will start.
The Tumut 3hr MTB XC style event is held annually at the Tumut Mountain Bike Park. ( Tumut MTB) The event accommodates riders from a range of skill levels.
